Our Process

In-Person Consultation
One of our directors will visit your home to discuss your project in detail, answer any questions, and ensure not only that we understand your specific needs and vision but also that you’re completely onboard with next steps. Depending on the complexity of your project, this could be a one-hour meeting or stretch across multiple visits. This is where we’ll also discuss design, materials, timelines and more.

Proposal & Budget + Time Estimates
Following the consultation, we’ll provide you with a detailed proposal that speaks to every aspect of your project. All of our proposals are good for 30 days from receipt. While task orders (additions) can be added later, we pride ourselves on nailing the estimate the first time, largely because we know the right questions to ask.

Project Management
Once you approve the proposal, you’ll be switched to our Project Management process, which ensures that your work begins on time, appropriate materials are ordered, and more. The PM also will keep you apprised of statuses across the life of the project so that there are no surprises.

Construction
With planning complete and materials ready, our design-build team will arrive to begin the actual remodeling effort. We take great pains to minimize disruptions to our customers’ daily lives, although the degree to which this is possible depends on the scope and scale of the project. our skilled team will begin construction. At the end of each day our crew stores gear and cleans the site. And, again, we’ll keep you informed about progress every step of the way.
